Wisconsin border collie rescue educates kennels, as any breeding kennel should produce high quality dogs.
All their dogs are spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and made current on vaccinations. The needy dogs are provided with the necessary medical care, some are housetrained, and taught basic doggy manners. The dogs are also health and temperament tested.
