Blue ridge border collie rescue rescues any puppy and adult dog in need.
All dogs in shelters are spayed or neutered. Their health and temperament are checked. A dog available for adoption does not have serious health problems or behavior problems, which cannot be corrected. Adopting a dog is a challenge. However, there is no creature more grateful and affectionate than an adopted dog.

This organization promotes public awareness of the requirements of this working breed. It provides a counseling service to the breed owners and encourages owner involvement in dog sports through public demonstrations and events.
